I had been waiting for this program — Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment — with a kind of devotion that doesn’t belong to the mind. It belongs to something deeper. Something that moves you before you even realize you’ve begun moving.

There is a moment that happens at almost every sound bath I host. The room goes quiet after the last vibration fades out. People stay lying there with their eyes closed, almost surprised by how still they feel. I see faces soften, shoulders drop, breathing calm. And in that silence, something in them resets. That moment is why I continue to offer this practice month after month. For many people, this is the first time in a long while that their nervous system stops bracing. T
