A personal reflection from me (Yani), on attending Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment in Philadelphia.
My Journey to Philadelphia: A Day Soaked in Ecstasy With Sadhguru
There are experiences you prepare for, and then there are experiences that prepare you. This one felt like the second kind.
I had been waiting for this program — Soak in Ecstasy of Enlightenment — with a kind of devotion that doesn’t belong to the mind. It belongs to something deeper. Something that moves you before you even realize you’ve begun moving.
The Journey Before the Journey
November 14th. Philadelphia. Cold air. New city. Same longing.
Leaving the yoga studio to function by itself even for a few days is never simple. Every teacher flows differently. Every class has its own personality. My husband, my work, the schedule, the routines — they all require my presence. But when the call comes to be in Sadhguru’s presence, everything rearranges itself. Effortlessly. Almost magically.
The flight left at 7:30 AM. Three hours later, I arrived, but it felt like my heart had been traveling long before my body caught up. Something inside had already shifted. Like puzzle pieces sliding into place without resistance.
It was cold when I landed. Very cold. Thirty-six degrees. My body was sensitive and still recovering from the heater we had turned on back home in Florida. I had left feeling sick, but none of it mattered. When it comes to him, excuses dissolve. That date had a kind of sacred weight. Unbreakable.
I registered for the program, then walked through Reading Terminal Market, taking in all the smells, colors, food, and noise. Finding something vegetarian was a challenge, but I did the best I could. Then the hotel. But not to rest — to work. Emails, admin, marketing. Running a studio means carrying many worlds in one body. I closed my laptop around 9 PM, exhausted but excited. The next day, I would meet my Master.
A New Dawn, A New Frequency on Nov 15th, 2025
I woke up early, joy humming under my ribs. The kind of joy that appears when the soul knows it’s about to reconnect with something familiar and ancient.
The venue was impeccably organized. Over 800 volunteers had created a container so loving and clean that you could feel their devotion in the air. Magic had already begun.
I found my seat near the central stage where Sadhguru would walk. The silence settled in almost immediately. Alive silence. Deep silence.
And then he arrived.
In His Presence
There is a difference between hearing Sadhguru online and being with him in person. When he walked into the hall, every heart seemed to breathe at once. His presence didn’t enter the space — it expanded it.

Tears came without warning. Not from sadness, but from recognition. The meditations lifted us into a higher frequency. His love was so immense that tears streamed down his face, too. Arms open wide, embracing thousands without ever touching a single person. That’s his way. Boundless presence.
A master of masters. A heart wide enough to shelter the world.
What This Program Really Was
This wasn’t a workshop or a class. It was a full-day immersion into another dimension of experience.
A moment where chemistry, consciousness, and devotion reorganize themselves.A day designed to lift you into a more expansive, clearer, gentler space.A doorway that only opens when you’re ready.
Sadhguru’s presence acts as a catalyst — a spark that accelerates whatever inner shift is waiting.
What I Carry Back With Me
People ask what I “got,” but it’s not something you receive. It’s something that awakens inside you.
Stillness.Softness.Clarity.A wider heart.A deeper devotion.
And an immense gratitude.
Until we meet again, Master. May your wings of humanity, sensitivity, and unconditional love keep sheltering this world.

If You’re Reading This…
Thank you for sharing this moment with me.
I don’t often step away from the studio, but when I do, it is with purpose. Experiences like this remind me why I teach, why I serve, and why Soham Yoga exists — to offer a space where inner transformation can begin.
If you’re curious about meditation, Isha programs, or deepening your spiritual journey, talk to me at the studio. I’m always happy to share and even more happy to listen.
