In addition to my deep dive into honing my skills as a counselor I have personally practiced yoga for 40 years. Thus, I began practicing well before yoga enjoyed the popularity it enjoys today. I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher. Any and all issues a welcome to be addressed in client sessions. Other careers have included teaching and human resources personnel recruiting. My life and my spiritual guidance practice are eclectic.
