I am originally from Venezuela, I’m passionate for animals, and love vegetarian food. I have always loved sports and practiced for many years tennis but with time I felt that something was missing (back then I did not know what was it ) Yoga came into my life 8 years ago, when my second son was born, completely transforming my perception and finding a perfect unification of what I was looking for. I started practicing Vinyasa Yoga and then I also became passionate about Yoga for children, taking my first international certification with Rainbow Kids Yoga in 2014 in Caracas, Venezuela and started teaching classes for children and families. Moved into the United States 4 years ago, my passion for Yoga kept growing and in 2016 I decided to take my 200-hour teacher certification with Yoga Alliance as a Power Vinyasa instructor in Colorado. Graduated as a Reiki Teacher in 2008, I share my love and passion to help my community. I am passionate about partnering in the process of the transformation of being from being, I love to connect with the energy in my classes and I enjoy the processes one by one, I feel an infinite gratitude and my desire is to continue to evolve in this lifetime.

Holistic Health and Wellness Coach

Born in Mexico on April 19, 1969. I am a Computer Engineer and worked as software developer for many years before I decided to start a family and be a stay at home Mom. I love the time that I spend with my two beautiful daughters but when they did not need me as much, I felt lost. The only think that I was sure about it was that I didn’t want to go back to a corporate job and not be part of my girls’ activities. I change carriers and went to Finance; I got the opportunity for a part time job in Accounting and I was lucky enough to work from home and be with my girls. I have been passionate about Nutrition and exercise all my life. That part of me was pulling me more and more every time. In 2016, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and my holistic journey began. I became passionate with my new lifestyle that I wanted to help other in balancing their lives in a holistic way. I started practicing yoga as a complement of my exercise routine but my trip to India in 2018 changed my perception, it thought me that yoga is more than exercise, it is a lifestyle. I decided to take my 200-hour teacher certification to deepen my practice, but I had never imagined that this beautiful journey awaken in me the necessity of teaching and helping other in their own journey.

jesica manriquez

RYT-200

Jessica was first introduced to yoga in college as a form of physical fitness but quickly learned it was so much more. In addition to yoga helping her increase her strength and flexibility, yoga also provided a sense of tranquility as she discovered inner peace within the flow of movement. Ever since that first class, Jessica has been fascinated by the complementary forces of yin and yang found within yoga and has been an avid practitioner for over 20 years. Through personal study and regular practice, Jessica has learned many healthy habits to manage stress, increase positivity through mindfulness and live joyfully. There will always be obstacles in everyday life, but she is a firm believer that through consistent practice of yoga one can overcome any barrier to find grounding and maintain balance. Jessica is a teacher by trade having worked in the public school system since 2001. Knowing first hand the many benefits of a personal yoga practice, she wanted to start teaching yoga to others. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Soham Yoga and is a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
