Soham Gentle All Levels. Welcome beginners! Our yoga for Beginners guide will give you all the tips, guidelines and recommendations you will need to start a successful yoga practice. (60 min - room temperature)

Aerial Yoga Level I Designed to gain strength, flexibility, and confidence using the silks. At the same time working on opening and stretching the body. (60 min - room temperature)

Soham Vinyasa 60 All Levels This practice will build strength, aid balance and weight loss while reducing stress and increasing vitality.  (60 min - room temperature)

Soham Vinyasa 75 All Levels Is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath.  Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga, including sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances and pranayama (breath-work). (75 min - room temperature)

Ashtanga Led half primary All Levels For students with at least one year of consistent practice.  This class covers the half primary series of the Ashtanga system, as taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India.  This set sequence of advanced postures utilizes ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to increase muscular strength and concentration. (90 min - room temperature)

Basic Ashtanga Flow. Rooted in the Ashtanga yoga tradition, this flow's main focus will be the method of tristana - breath, posture & gaze.  Using the Postures from the primary series of Ashtanga yoga presented in an  accessible way for all practitioners, both beginners & advanced.  This practice is meant to detoxify, cleanse & purify the body. While the room isn't heated, it will not be air conditioned either.  Be prepared to sweat! 

Core Yoga Blast  This 45 minutes BLAST is the best of both worlds.  It combines small, targeted, toning movements of Core Fusion, plus a flowing blend of Yoga poses.  Expect a fast-paced Vinyasa flow with an extra “oomph” for your thighs, gluteus and abs.  It will be quick and incredibly uplifting!!
