Aerial Yoga/ Level I Designed to gain strength, flexibility, and confidence using the silks. At the same time working on opening and stretching the body. (60 min - room temperature)
Vinyasa All Levels This practice will build strength, aid balance and weight loss while reducing stress and increasing vitality. Vinyasa allows for a lot of variety, but will almost always include sun salutations. Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. Whether the class is fast or slow, includes advanced poses, or is very alignment-oriented will depend on the individual teacher and the particular style in which he or she is trained.

Soham Vinyasa 75 All Levels Is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga, including sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances and pranayama (breath-work). (75 min - room temperature)
Ashtanga Led half primary All Levels For students with at least one year of consistent practice. This class covers the half primary series of the Ashtanga system, as taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. This set sequence of advanced postures utilizes ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to increase muscular strength and concentration. (90 min - room temperature)
Basic Ashtanga Flow. Rooted in the Ashtanga yoga tradition, this flow's main focus will be the method of tristana - breath, posture & gaze. Using the Postures from the primary series of Ashtanga yoga presented in an accessible way for all practitioners, both beginners & advanced. This practice is meant to detoxify, cleanse & purify the body. While the room isn't heated, it will not be air conditioned either. Be prepared to sweat!
Chair Yoga All Levels. If you consider yourself pretty active but are new to yoga, Chair Yoga is just the thing. You don’t have to worry about getting up and down from the floor. And you will become familiar with the “language” of yoga, which will help with your comfort level if you decide to move on to a more traditional yoga practice.
Yin Yoga All Levels. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
